At Claddagh Design, we want you to be delighted with your handcrafted Irish jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your piece within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Our Workshop

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Claddagh Design gift box and pack it securely in a padded envelope to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Trackable Shipping

  Ship the package using a registered or trackable postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach our workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our silversmiths verify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
